Despite production lines being locked down, the new Ford GT has stirred up quite a bit of hype in recent months. Apparently that buzz hasn’t been enough for Ford, which has recently decided to capitalize on the excitement even further. Welcome the Ford GT ’67 Heritage Edition. Paying homage to the 1967 Le Mans-winning GT40 Mark IV endurance car, the Heritage Edition will remain mechanically untouched.
The uniqueness can be seen from the gloss red and white stripe livery paint job. The car features a Frozen White number 1 graphic on its doors and hood, while silver wing mirror housings and red calipers give the GT a proud stance. The 20-inch wheels are one-piece forged aluminum painted in a satin silver cover coat.
